Jordana came here to break the mould.

Having grown up surrounded by the Fashion and Beauty industry in Sydney, she went on to carve out a career working alongside some of Australia’s leading talent and brands, from sought after photographers to luxury hair salons.

After years in the industry she knew it was time for a shake up and an intuitive decision led her to pack her bags and move to Byron Bay, where she soon discovered an endless amount of talent with no one to represent them.

With an intimate knowledge of the industry and an innate talent for connecting people, Jordana felt the call to create a safe space for artists and talent who wanted to embrace their authentic selves to attract dream career opportunities.

In 2019 she opened the doors to The Uncommon Agency to connect Sydney, Melbourne and Byron Bay artists with her strong list of industry contacts. Her refreshing approach to talent management has an emphasis on celebrating the unexpected and supporting talent to create magic without the need to fit into a commercial mould.
