Pronounced bray-er, Braer is an old word for ‘briar’ which is loosely translated to mean ‘a tangle of wild roses’. Braer specialise in creative events, wedding flowers & art direction. They explore art in the expression of their floral designs with their greatest influence being each season's finest flowers.

Braer is home to selected range of handmade vases, objects, tools, and fresh flowers arranged to order and available for your shoot or event.

Braer care about the environment and use the finest in season, locally-grown flowers from across Australia.

Since launching in 2016, Braer’s work has been centred around photography, events, installations and servicing the visions of their business clients. They have been featured in Vogue, Real Living Magazine, House & Garden Magazine, Together Journal and Paradiso Magazine. Their clients include Aesop, St. Agni, She Made Me, Assembly Label, Worn Store, Peony Swimwear, Tigmi Trading, Del Rainbow Store and Edwards & Co.

Braer is run by artists with backgrounds in cinema, set design, fashion and the performing arts. With this varied skill set, they can offer complete art direction services including content creation, photography, brand activations and events and installations large or small. They have access to a diverse team of creatives from The Uncommon Agency and work closely to bring their client’s vision to life, both nationally and internationally.

Braer is located at the multi-store complex – Soko Space in Byron Bay Arts & Industrial Precinct.
